"Only one key provided for 2 guests. It was a bit cold in the apartment. The sofa creaked a lot, it was uncomfortable to sleep on it."

"It was very clean, very quiet, very warm and very cozy. It was big enough to accommodate all 3 of us and in 2 different rooms. Queen bed was huge and mattress very comfortable. Double windows secure and isolate completely from road noises. The hot water was immediate and plenty enough for all 3 of us to have shower in a spacious bathroom (with glass door). The location was the best you can find right next to Louvre Palace. A big advantage is also the modern kitchen the washing machine and the dishwasher. The velvet thick curtains and the wooden floors provides some class and style."

"Really liked the communication with the staff. Very helpful 24/7. The bed is enormous and comfy. The greatest thing was shower with good pressure and hot water which is very rare for Paris. The location is right at louvre and I was able to walk across the whole city from there."

"I couldn't lock my door with a key, was only closing it shut, but the staff assured its safe and eventually all was ok, nothing went missing."

"There was building work in progress and no one told us about. We saw a few rats. I couldn't get the Tv to work. We couldn't get the key to work and there was a certain way to open it. This should information should be in the welcome email/pack"

"Perfect location for exploring the main sites of Paris. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. The sofa bed was easy to use and enough for the kids for a few nights."

"There was no air conditioning and I was rather hot that week in Paris. It felt stuffy and hot but there is a lot of road noise when the windows were open. There are a few things that need to be repaired or maintained (door handles, cupboards etc). The drying rack was broken when we arrived but the lovely staff replaced it the next day. There was also a lot of construction in building and main lobby. It didn’t affect our stay."
